well 214.2 lost a little over 1 will do much better this week. I am grateful that I lost that much. No holidays this week to mess with me! I truly have to be as committed as I was on week one. That showed me if I followed this lifestyle to the T I do much better. I have such a problem with sweets mainly cookies heck who am I kidding... anything sweet gotta stop that
214.2 lb Lost so far: 6.3 lb.    Still to go: 54.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
