Okay ... Christmas is over ... it's time to get back to business! No more dessert everyday, skipping the gym or eating anything that's in sight! Stand tall ... take responsibility! YOU CAN DO THIS!

When I eat WRONG ...
My joints ache more.
I feel bloated.
I am disappointed in myself!
I don't have the energy to work out.
My clothes don't fit right.
I tend to continue to eat the wrong things b/c I am already on a roll!

When I eat RIGHT ...
I am in a much better mood.
I have more energy to work out.
My clothes fit like they are suppose to.
I am getting all the vitamins that my body needs.
I am setting an example for others.


162.6 lb Lost so far: 57.4 lb.    Still to go: 22.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

You are so close to you goal. I know you can do it. and If you can do it so can I . hang in there . Back in the day when doing some self help therapy. There was a cute saying. You dont fall back you fall down. Just get up.... Karen
