I agree...slowly get back into the things you used to do. If you really enjoyed them before you'll still enjoy them, they will be a little harder but it will feel so good to get moving again Smile

Ab work: Am I being impatient for not working to my full potential?
That is normal to see. The only way to reduce fat in a specific area is to reduce overall body fat...eventually you will lose fat from that area, but it may come off of other areas first.

I've lost 2 inches from my chest, 3 inches from my waist, and only 1 inch from my hips.

The result is that my hips look even bigger, even though they're smaller. Awesome!
I just have to keep at it and hope they eventually shrink.

excercise at home.
I subscribed to this magazine when I was fifteen and saved most of the workouts, I have them all in a binder that I flip through to work out,
but they have a lot of them online too:
