I was 230 this morning, but My ankles are "cankles"... I'm retaining a ton of water right now :( SO Keeping weight as is, and will re-weigh myself after I lose the water. I'm going to GUESS about 227 - 228 but we'll see.

Today is my "Friday" at work, tomorrow and Saturday I'm attending the "Millionare Business Bootcamp" with Raymond Aaron, looking forward to it.

Spent almost 2 hours last night at Value Village finding some business attire (I work at a bank, but it's business Casual... this seminar I'm supposed to dress like a CEO). Two very lovely suprises - first I actually realized I don't have too bad of a fashion sense afterall... and second - what took me so long at the thrift shop was I kept grabbing clothing sizes I USED to wear... I had to find smaller sizes :D




229.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 49.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
