Yesterday was totally a down day for me. I think because Boyfriend is out of town - so he's not there to support me... and I just started eating junk.

I need to start listening to my Hpynosis cd's again - my willpower went right out the window. I didn't have such a hard time with quitting smoking - but I keep having to remind myself... I don't need nicotine to live! I need food! That's what makes it so hard!!

So I picked myself up - dusted myself off and tried something my friend at work said - try eating my most caloric containing meal in the morning (she said screw the ideal North American Breakfasts... eat whatever the hell I want!). So I made myself a Sandiwich. I know it was processed meats - and I know they're not good for me... but at least it's first thing in the morning. Unfortunately living with an Italian family - I'm never going to get away from processed foods totally... so Just gotta limit how often I eat them.


I then left early and went for a 1 hour power walk before work. It was a beautiful walk along the river (dumb me forgot my tissues... allergies suck).

I'm then going to the gym tonight after I go to the thrift shop to buy a couple of business suits.

I'm attending the Millionarie Business Bootcamp on Friday/Saturday. I wanted to learn something new - and this bootcamp will help teach me to get into the mindset of being a successful Business owner. I don't have a business yet but boyfriend and I have been tinkering with some ideas - and we want to see this happen. We were listening to a New radio show after seeing a movie a couple of weeks ago and this guy came on talking about it. Talked about how he was a "life loser" and at 40 was divorced, living with his parents and over $100,000 in debt. He picked himself up, dusted himself off and within a year made over $1,000,000.00 by getting in the right frame of mind. He is now one of the top Business Motivational speakers in the world.

So I signed up - because I was one of the first 10 people to sign up in my city, I got my tickets for free!

I'm stoked and can't wait for this. My boss is totally jazzed up for me going - I'm only a lowly administrator, but she says that I have the peronality of a CEO. Unfortunately she also understands that I'm not cut out for a higher up position in the Financial industry (it's not what I love).


So let's see where this gets me :)
