Good Morning! I hope everyone had a very Merry Christmas. I survived with maintaining this week, which was the goal. I had 4 Christmas Parties and TOM came to visit on Christmas Eve. So I am very happy to have maintained. Now it is back to work on this weight loss! I am so excited I got a Yoga mat for Christmas! I am going to go use it in just a bit!
