Another weekend away for a hockey tournament. I hope I can stay on track with the food; restaurant eating is always hard!

Onward and Upward!
204.2 lb Lost so far: 25.8 lb.    Still to go: 4.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You can do it!...Enjoy your hockey and live! Yesterday, I had a very special lunch at a place called Tahoe Joes, 3 large prawns wrapped around scallops with a wonderful buttery garlic sauce, Filet mingon, and asparagus..(Sp?).. I ate the salad that came with the meal which had baby greens and a nice vinegarette, a roll with butter, and the shell fish with about 1/2 cup of rice pilaf and 2 spears of aspargus. I have enough for two more meals which is really delighful, tasty and filling. Have fun making a choice that you can have many meals out of one! That is one option at least. Let's try to stay within our R.D.I. this weekend, we can do it. TOWANDA!!!!!
