It's time to get this going and not bounce back up like I did this winter. Had a nice short bike ride this weekend, but my feet cramped up. Got some advice from a buddy that rides a lot and it looks like I need to get some arch support for my biking shoes. Hopefully that will help. I want to put on some miles for sure.
222.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 32.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Good idea. I have a banana in my feedbag today. The foot cramps happened last year a bit too, so I do have to get that remedied. The shoes I have do not have any arch support in them, I am going to see if I can find a stiff support to blend into the stiff soles of the shoes.
