Increased my caloric intake but still dropped 1/2 pound. 19% body fat
172.5 lb Lost so far: 32.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1926 kcal Fat: 81.79g | Prot: 105.72g | Carb: 206.83g.   Breakfast: Bob's Red Mill Flaxseed Meal, Quick Oatmeal (1 or 3 Minutes, Fat Not Added in Cooking), Bananas, Soy Milk, Water, Scrambled Egg (Whole, Cooked), Strawberries, Coffee, Walnuts, Blueberries. Lunch: Calavo Avocado, Newman's Own Light Balsamic Vinaigrette, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Grape Tomatoes, Water, Lasagna with Chicken or Turkey and Spinach. Dinner: Cucumber Salad with Vinegar, Chicken Breast, Red Kidney Beans (with Salt, Cooked, Boiled) , South Beach Diet Oven Roasted Vegetables. Snacks/Other: Walnuts, Oatmeal Bread. more...
