I'm a little discouraged today with lots of pain in my shoulder, head and back. I'll see the orthopedic doctor this Thursday to schedule my shoulder replacement. I feel my weight creeping up. Lord help me.

Good luck, I understand what living in pain is like. I've had a couple of back surgeries. Nothing really helps. Meds and exercise is where I'm at these days. I've got pins in my shoulder, rod in one leg, disc replacements, and some nerve damage. On the good side, we're still moving and ready to fight another day. Never quit.

Sorry your in pain 😕I totally understand I live with daily chronic pain - tens unit sometimes going 5 to 6 hrs a day heating pad and ice. Don’t get discouraged-Breathe- you got this! You took the hardest step and that is starting. Take one day at a time. Remember to be patient and gentle with yourself. Stay hydrated water is key to weight loss. Thank you everyone, today is Tuesday and I see the ortho doctor on Thursday. I'm actually looking forward to getting my shoulders fixed. I fell in 2017 tore both rotators and dislocated the left shoulder. I've had problems ever since. They x-rayed in the past and said the only relief will be surgery. I'm well enough now for the surgery. In the past I was too sick. And thank you all for your thoughts and your prayers
