HUH??????????????? i dont understand whats going on. why am i jumping back and forth between lbs!?
162.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You are doing fine. You have very little to lose, so you will lose it slower than someone who has 50 pounds to lose. If you weigh every day, you need to understand that our bodies are made up of 60% water and many factors can make the scale fluctuate hourly. If you eat too much sodium one day, you may be up on the scale the next day. Exercise causes muscles to retain water and can effect the scale. Hormones, medications, stress, lack of sleep, etc. can all effect the scale. The scale will fluctuate hourly. So don't worry about the ups and downs every day. As long as the sale is overall moving down, that is what counts.

thanks Suzi! I feel a lot better. I thought my body was going crazy!! I didnt know about the water retention!
