I'm blown away! I weighed myself and lost. This is working! I am sticking to points and eating all the WW requirements, and it's working. I am so pleased!!! Hurray!!!!!!!!!!







9:45 p.m. Thursday. I am just not hungry. I think I should eat more, though. I exercised this evening because my day was just so busy with doctors' visits for the kids and the crew coming to clean the house, et cetera. My hubby is cooking. And I am uncharacteristically not hungry. I don't get it. I didn't get in my whole exercise, due to time constraints, also. I'm sure I'll munch on something before I go to bed. We'll see.
159.7 lb Lost so far: 7.3 lb.    Still to go: 19.7 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
