Okay, so I weighed myself and I gained 2.2 pounds yesterday, which I figured would be from my treat on Sunday. But then, I went back into my normal routine and 1.2 pounds fell off this morning. So I'm only up 1 pound since last Friday. I know that pound will be gone by this Friday...YES!
