Lisa Online told me to be patient. Looks like I finally "unstuck" myself today. Down 2.4 lbs from yesterday. That's good, because if the pattern holds, I'll have room to go up (like I always do), but still be under 205 even at the peak.
It's a very strange thing, but holding to habits really does pay off. I probably had it too easy for the first while, and I need to just get over my expectation that I will lose 1-2lbs a week. I am not really in this for the weight loss anyway! But it certainly is a nice catalyst and reward when things work out.
