Just started keeping track; not planning meals yet per se but getting used to recording everything eaten. Didn't eat lunch until 5pm! Feeling extremely unfit. Weighed 172 with clothes, 169 without.
169.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
