Discipline is the key. Saying no to cravings and letting the hunger subside. You get to a stage in fasting when food is not all there is, but you look forward to the next meal in a healthy way. The body does not crave junk!😃

So true! if you get to desperation point in hunger during fasting, give it 10minutes with a glass of water and it does down. Although, I get pretty happy when I eat again!
