Discipline is the key. Saying no to cravings and letting the hunger subside. You get to a stage in fasting when food is not all there is, but you look forward to the next meal in a healthy way. The body does not crave junk!😃
209.7 lb Lost so far: 14.1 lb.    Still to go: 11.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

So true! if you get to desperation point in hunger during fasting, give it 10minutes with a glass of water and it does down. Although, I get pretty happy when I eat again! Good loss 😉
