I am weighing in two days early because today was my short-term goal day. I wanted to lose 15 pounds before this wedding today. I almost made it. That would have put me at 155. I weigh 156.4. I like my new dress and I feel pretty good about how I look. I will be going out of town on Monday for more than a week. I will not have internet access. My plan is to pre-plan all dinners. Breakfasts and lunches are fairly standard. I will try to log it all before I go away, and then do a print out and make minor changes by hand. That's what I did last time. I plan on being a bit relaxed next week though. Let my body have a few more calories and adjust so that it's not in starve mode. Then get lower again when I get back home.

Congratulations on almost reaching your goal. I would call it reachingit, since you are so close, and the overage could just be a little extra fluid! Have fun. It sounds like you have a great plan and will do just fine. Enjoy!
