Upped my walk to 6.8km today. And no rain today during my walk... hooray!
I find it interesting how I've come to know many people in our neighbourhood, at least by sight. The construction workers who carpool in a rusty Toyota, the nurse who drives a minivan with a Ravenclaw banner hanging in the window, many of the hospital staff who start early in the morning, and the young man at the bus stop who wears too much cologne. There's a certain camaraderie between all those who are up and out of the house before 6am.
Weight dropped a wee bit today. But every little bit counts.
