I'm so excited that the scale is moving again! Persistence is key! And I changed up my diet a little. I see adding an extra 100-200 calories to my diet does help! I've been eating approx 1600 calories for the longest and I hit a plateau. Lately, I've been staggering my calories more by eating a little more, but still tracking them. I'm also finally up to my 6 days a week workout. I've been doing 5 days for the longest as well. So we'll see what Monday morning brings :)

Look @ u! You are doing soooo good! Six days? That is pure determination. You should be really proud of yourself.

Awwww...thank you! Yes, it took awhile to get back to 6 days, but I'm excited that I'm back where I want to be. Though this week I'm back at 5 days because I was just too exhausted to workout on Sunday. But I'm working out twice today and I'm doing a lot of walking on Friday (my off workout day), so that should balance out :)
