I guess I ate to many things with chocolate and sugar.
Down over 5 pounds in a week. I am more conscious of what I am eating too and trying not to eat till my stomach growls.
Seems so simple but i am 52 and still trying to loose weight.
Try one step at a time. Change one habit at a time.
Been 3.5 weeks of drinking only water and 1 week of nothing with chocolate. I believe that eliminating the chocolate crossed over into the sugar Dept. Too. Haven’t had many things with excess sugar. 👍🏼
237.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 57.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I’m 53 with Zero Metabolism :(( I have to do 1000 calories a day drs orders until I drop 50 pounds. 3 weeks 14 pounds lighter :)) yea me! You can do it
