I broke away from my normal weigh-in routine and drank about a pint of lemon & ACV water about an hour before I weighed in. I was hoping to “move things along” if you know what I mean, but the strategy didn’t work. I’m logging the weight, but because a deviated from my normal method, it’s suspect!
