I have slacked off in the workout department. But kept with new eating habits. I will not be mad at myself for lax exercise because of so many things happening all at once losing focus and motivation being more upset than happy but, will say thinking about last march and weighing 168lbs, and keeping it off is great now for the next 15 will feel like a milestone.There are things I should add like cleaning everyday for about half hour and once a week takes me three to scrub down floor touch up base boards but I am sticking now to adding the movement exercise so that the focus is the dedicated working out either walking, fast step aerobics, to weight training.
