Well weighed myself again and the 3 lbs are gone fully clothed and in glasses, I am strangely happier that moving diet made more impact in a short amount of time perhaps by tonight there is a bit more loss with out all the clothes, never thought I would be happy with getting to 168 lbs again...

I am allergic to tropical fruits(tropical vegetables) and don't like a lot of fruit to begin with. I indulge in only a couple of sweet things...candy and vanilla ice cream,or chocolate if feeling exotic.

For sometime I weened myself of half and half because of meeting this horrible woman whose personality is horrific and her figure was terrible.It was healthier to have soy creamer than half and half with a carb-aholic intake.). Mean bossy pushy brow beater. She repulsed me as half and half became her drink of choice scant amount of coffee, but also she ate things on top of butter and heavy cream . Tons of pasta, pizza, pretzels, sugary yogert and bagels smothered in mayonnaisey fishy things. I lost weight in this woman's company over one weekend watching her eat made me less hungry my poor friend is still with her.

When I think pasta I think of her the meal of worms she hoovered...Pizza the same visual but also how it tasted it wasn't good anyway just doughy half baked garbage with a canned sauce...Just writing this has caused me to lose appetite.


So reverting back to heavy cream is not easy, it leaves a thick coating on the back of my throat which is unpleasant it has help curb wanting seconds of anything. Probaly a way to shave sugar free sweetner whip it up and make sugar free chocolate cups and spoon it in with chia seeds...
My goal is visual beauty when preparing food it takes more time to do but keeps me busy not to eat quickly.
