I have gained nearly 20lbs in the last two years from stress these fluctuation are effecting everything. For nearly 3 months stuck to a prescribed diet only to learn 5 lbs have been shed after working out consistently for 1.5 hours 6 days a week. Nothing except work stress shows up in test, trying not to lose motivation but it is getting discouraging especially following dietary rules.My friends have never seen me this size and am ostracized and told how fat I have become.
Recently moved cross country for a new start only to find myself looking at same issue all over again. I am in a slightly better place than before in terms of exercise now its the diet part holding back.
