I've finally broken the 20 pound mark. It's been about a month, so that makes me pretty happy. I've been trying (and sometimes inadvertantly so) to shock my metabolism by eating more and then less. Between a bad day on Sunday and a stressful week, I'm pretty pleased with the results this week.
263.4 lb Lost so far: 20.6 lb.    Still to go: 63.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entries for 19 October 2010:
1115 kcal Fat: 23.71g | Prot: 84.92g | Carb: 132.02g.   Breakfast: equal, Diet dew, Quaker Instant Oatmeal Brown Sugar and Maple. Lunch: dannon light and fit banana yogurt, light white bread, chicken of the sea, light mayo, breakstones non fat cottage cheese. Dinner: Raw Shrimp, Broccoli, Grilled Chicken, Beef Eye Of Round (Trimmed to 1/8" Fat). Snacks/Other: fat free cool whip, chocolate graham cracker, Honey Maid 100 Calorie Delight Bars - Cheesecake. more...

Yay!! That's better than what I usually do - I usually average about 8-10lbs a month. But, you're a guy and have the lovely ability to lose quicker than us ladies! So unfair! LOL :) But i'm happy for you! Keep it up!
