Well folks, this has been a tough week. I started off strong, but I've fallen off the ole exercise band wagon. My room mate was in a minor car accident on Thursday night, which resulted in a late night at the hospital. I ate okay on Friday, other than the Wendy's salad, but today was a disaster. I had to eat from our cafeteria where I work - fried chicken patty, big bun, and tater tots. I did have some green beans too. I loved every minute of it, but I know that it's going to really screw everything up. I was down to 265.4 the other day... only 1.4 pounds from my first real goal of 20 pounds. I hope this weekend didn't kill it for me.
