Stopped using Weight Watchers tracker and started using this full time. Still following WW guidance in my diet. I know I can doing this without WW! I am strong and have that fire that will get me to my goal weight. These last 10lbs are the TOUGHEST!!
169.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
