Four days and 3 nights away from home and routine ... I am not surprised I am up a pound and a half+. It's tough to track calories when you often don't know the details about what you are eating.

On the other hand, this could be my normal bump in weight before the drop. I'm not worried about it in either case.

Onward and upward!
206.4 lb Lost so far: 23.6 lb.    Still to go: 6.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Hi Adaram, you are correct about not worrying as fluctuation are quite normal especially under the circumstances you were under over this past weekend.(I'm in the same boat this Monday) My birthday isn't until Tuesday lol, my family and friends started celebrating my birthday this year early because most of them won't see me on the 19th. I feel great at almost 48! TOWANDA!!!!
