All my planning and plotting is paying off! Yazz!!! I am learning so much about food that I just never knew or cared to know about. I am also learning that I am not really hungry but by custom I just eat because. One day last week I ate (nothing), I mean that is what I thougth it was...a small little oatmeal crust veggie pizza...like 6 inches or so, and I was stuffed. I kept questioning myself if I could really be full, and since I doubted myself I ate another. I had 2 for lunch and then 2 for dinner and truthfully, I was really full. I need to do that experiment again and be more thorough on the calorie count, which was low. It was my own invention to fit my needs, but as a recipe for the public it would have to be tweaked for taste (more salt...more cheese) but it was yummy for me.

I am also a lot more diligent about my walking exercise. I go about 3 miles when I can...hopefully a minimum of 4 times per week. Feeling proud.
179.8 lb Lost so far: 6.2 lb.    Still to go: 14.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Lots of things to be proud about. There are days I'm ravenous and days I'm like ehhh, I have a protein shake and call it good. Good going on the diligence.
