today i weighed 181.6 but i am going to keep it at 183.4 because i don't think i trust the scale. in the early morning it said 183.4 and about 1 hr later it read 182...then another hour later 181.6. I usually go with the higher number unless the next day I also weigh in on the lower number. either way, me and Mr. Fat no longer are in a relationship. Today I didn't get a chance to walk but hopefully I can later this evening. Yesterday I walked a pleasant 2.91 miles....yeah me.
183.4 lb Lost so far: 2.6 lb.    Still to go: 18.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
