Everytime I deviate from a whole food diet going low carb and cutting out processed foods I ask myself why did I stop. It takes literally 3 days to really feel good but usually after the first day I feel a big difference. The first month of lockdown was spent junking out. I can't live that way. Now three days in I feel great but now I have to restart. Though I'm almost back where I was end of December I keep remembering that when the needle doesn't seem to move all of my hard work each day is being stored.
