Going to be following diet and exercise plan for fat smash diet, so far not good. Only did 20 of 25 min cardio this morning. It was fun though. Kinda energized me for the day. The only other thing is that cooking everyday may prove to be more difficult than I am willing to deal with. I'm on a low intensity rotation right now. So glad about it! Lots of reading. Away from everyone I know and love, so I should be able to focus on weight loss. I really think that exercise is going to make it all possible for me. I'm really excited about having time to focus on myself and getting to my IBW, and only working 4 hours a day is going to help me get there! Finally, the break I need. To focus on my body habitus. Let's get moving, and smash that fat!

aside cost for this week's groceries was about $50, something to keep in mind while on a diet is expense, and $200 a month is a little too expensive for me. So I'm going to see if I can get it under $35/week, which would be about $140/month.
