Oh boy. Figure I needed to record this to remind myself how it can all get away so fast. Covid pounds :)

I read an article that said covid has a 15# like the freshman 15. It can get away from you quickly but you seem to be on top of it! You know what to do to get it back down ;).

For those of you who aren’t really feeling the workouts lately... have you tried finding a workout buddy? Like your spouse or kids? Also you can try cranking up some music you like.

Thanks shir. You’re right. And peeper that’s great advice. Only one in my house is my wife - we do different types of workouts so don’t really work out together but in spirit. But yes without music I wouldn’t work out at all! Most important!
