Did really well all day, then I overate at dinnertime. but I had spent all afternoon making delicious veggie wraps, and peanut sauce, and I did drink wine which made me worse! still I DID loose a bit of weight, hope you are all doing really well
148.4 lb Lost so far: 6.2 lb.    Still to go: 33.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
