I am starting again today with a new app, circadianclock, to see if I can get it to work this time, this way, I am vegan, (or really try to be) We do excersise, and my husband and I LOVE cooking and eating.....
Hoping to find support, be inspired by you and mostly I am hoping to be inspiring......by getting it right, wish me luck!
148.6 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
