I've been home 5 weeks from the COVID-19 shutdown. Just good home cooking, not always low carb (rice, chips, or some cookie dough). amazing what healthy eating alone can do.
178.4 lb Lost so far: 21.6 lb.    Still to go: 28.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.1 lb a week
