Down another 1/2 lb, AWESOME! I know it's Thursday, but I'm still hoping to drop below 140 this week. That's some good news though, and I got even better news today. I was finally able to go in for a heart scan, and I have Zero calcium buildup in the arteries, which is DEFINITELY a non-scale victory! That's why we're trying to lose weight, so that we can be healthy & live active lives. (I'm not gonna lie, looks are also part of the reason, but not the ONLY reason!) Anyway, I drove past Lake Hefner in OKC on my way back home, and the lake is just beautiful! We've had so much rain lately the lake is full and the water is so blue that I just had to stop and take a picture - and go for a walk, of course!

Beautiful! Lived in a waterfront cottage with my own dock for 3 years in my 20s. Best time of my life! In the middle of nowhere in coastal NC but people came to me every weekend it was warm 😎😂
