I wasn't going to weigh myself until I got a new scale but, I did some research and found maybe try repostioning my scale, I found that it wasnt't level where I had it before, so now I am using it again. I stepped on and off and shut it off and turned it back on about 3 times just to make sure the reading was consistent. It was.

I find I get the best readings from my scale when I stand beside it :)

A level floor can make a difference with electronic scales.
I usually do the same thing, weigh 3 times and average out the readings. Since the resolution on my scale is 0.5# it usually only goes one click back and forth.
Then again, maybe that's my OCD kicking in... ;)
