Scale in the guest bathroom records my weight at 123.6, scale in master bathroom records weight to 125 and husbands hi-tech scale records weight 125 .2. =-O
125.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 3.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I would pick one scale as your "official" scale and go with that one. Each scale can be different because of the way they are calibrated and the floor they are on.
