I never thought I'd see the day that I'd be under 200 pounds again. It's been obvious to me for years that my overweightitude (shut up, that's a word) has been due to the fact that I was just eating whatever I wanted, whenever I wanted to. Fast food burritos every day for lunch? Sure, sign me up. An entire pizza for dinner? Don't mind if I do. I should probably have a couple of beers while I'm at it, huh? Yep, you definitely should. When I started examining how many calories I was actually taking in, I was shocked. A tortilla has that many calories?! I was easily eating what I now take in over the course of an entire day in one meal. Anyway, I'm rambling. Yay for 199.6!
199.6 lb Lost so far: 35.0 lb.    Still to go: 34.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

So excited for you!! I'm in striking distance myself, and can't wait. I still have tastes for things like burritos, but have learned hot to make low cal low carb substitutes that have the same flavor punch but with smaller counts. Congrats again!
