Last week was not a good one so didn't make any headway.
The weekends are really what are killing my diet. I can lose a couple of pounds during the week, but given the weekend Pizza Friday, Out to Eat Saturday, and Family Dinner on Sunday, I gain it all right back.
Might have to shake up the routine just to get out of the rut.
