I am back on track today. Taking my topomax, water pill, synthroid, lemictral, and tentuate this morning. Started the day with a protein shake. Looking forward to losing weight. Will make me a cup of diet tea later today.
231.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 36.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
