Feeling great this morning. I know it's not normal to drop 2 or more pounds a day, but I only had 1200 calories yesterday instead of 1900, I didn't feel hungry at all. :)
219.4 lb Lost so far: 5.6 lb.    Still to go: 75.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
