I am up 2-3 lbs in the last week or so ... this is a new development. I just started playing hockey again yesterday and today, so maybe I am putting on muscle weight. /shrug

Oh well; onward and upward!
210.6 lb Lost so far: 19.4 lb.    Still to go: 10.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
