2 pounds down already! Yesterday I had swollen ankles so I am thinking that a lot of my weight gain was water. Last night I got up about 6 times to go to the bathroom. It was a very restless night. Today is starting out warm, but another cold front is following the rain. These days when they say cold it means temps in the 50s. Everything is greening up0 and the fruit trees are blooming everywhere.
172.0 lb Lost so far: 29.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Great on the 2 lbs. Sounds like water weight came off. Very frosty here.

I forgot how good I feel when I am doing low carb compared to a regular low calorie structured diet. It's amazing!
