Wow! I followed the water fast for first day then now I'm on yogurt, fruit and vegetables. Alot of vegetables. I'm allowing broth too. I immediately dropped a couple of pounds but this is only water I'm sure. By next week I'll know for sure.
It was tough first day. 2nd was hard, today is much easier. I wonder how it will be tomorrow. I'm super committed. I'm pretending it's for my health and that I'm fasting all the time. This tricks my mind to not be so hungry. I'm writing down my food and watching the carbs, fat, protein and of course, calories. It's working.
