Hello everyone 👋 I hope & pray everyone is staying safe & sane. I've been gone for awhile(hence the weight gain, I was actually back up to 217 but it's headed back down). Have a Healthy Day 🙋‍♀️
211.7 lb Lost so far: 18.3 lb.    Still to go: 26.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
