I figured I would have gained some weight because I tried to focus more on protein and working out, and less on counting calories this weekend. So I put on half a pound, but I know now to start with counting calories first and work out as much as I can, but don't overdue it. I have three kids so by the end of the day my boy is exhausted as it is. Gotta pace myself better.
137.6 lb Lost so far: 2.4 lb.    Still to go: 2.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
