I can't believe it's been so long since I've weighed in! I'm not sure why I had such a long stall over Christmas, because I really wasn't cheating. Perhaps it was down to sheer volume, or the amount of time I spent sitting around. The stall lingered through February, though. I lost maybe 2 pounds between November and February. I started doing OMAD, though, and I'm already seeing results. I'm not sure if I can keep this up long term because of lifestyle reasons. Lunch is our "team building" time at work, and my wife may not enjoy me skipping dinner every single day. Anyhow, I'm doing this for a month, then I'll go back to two meals a day and see if it the losses stick.
213.0 lb Lost so far: 105.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

If you like keeping your eating window down, maybe just do IF? You could do lunch and dinner that way
