lots of weight cycling because of my weekly Lenten fast on Wednesdays. A day of fasting brings 2 # weight loss, and the next day I'm up a pound again. It all makes sense. I'm not recording the dips because of the fast.

Happy Scale is the bomb. It plots loss in a graph that gives the average trends and takes the anxiety out of small shifts that are really normal.
153.2 lb Lost so far: 23.4 lb.    Still to go: 13.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
